UNFTCHAIN is an independent blockchain network designed to provide a verifiable public layer for timestamping, certification and digital utility.
The network originated from the Bitcoin Core architecture, chosen for its simplicity, maturity and transparent UTXO model. From that foundation, it has been progressively adapted for verifiable digital assets and proofs.

PROOF OF FAIRNESS
Can network participation remain competitive without allowing raw computational power alone to dominate block production?
Proof of Fairness is UNFTCHAIN's block-production model. It introduces mechanisms intended to distribute mining opportunities more fairly between eligible network participants while maintaining independently verifiable blockchain consensus.
The protocol continues to evolve through real network operation, measurement and governance.

CONSERVATIVE ENGINEERING
Bitcoin's UTXO model, transaction structure and conservative engineering philosophy provided a strong foundation for a network focused on verifiable digital utility. UNFTCHAIN is not intended to reproduce Bitcoin's economic model.
OP_RETURN
Protocol data used for proofs and utility-oriented NFTs can be committed through OP_RETURN, rather than requiring additional spendable outputs solely to preserve metadata.
UNFTCHAIN extends the available OP_RETURN payload to up to 512 bytes, providing additional space for application-level protocol data while keeping it provably unspendable.

APIs will support blockchain verification, timestamp certification, transaction monitoring, proof validation and application-level services.
UNFTCHAIN is implementing application-level services for Reacher nodes and storage pool management. These services operate around the base network while preserving the blockchain as the independently verifiable proof layer.
NETWORK OPERATORS
UNFTCHAIN miners operate network nodes and participate in Proof of Fairness block production. Private mining licenses are currently distributed through the UNFTCHAIN ecosystem.
